Ewok Tzus Health Guarantee

To the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good, sound health, free from symptoms of infections and contagious diseases at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied. It is understood that the above described puppy is to be taken to a veterinarian of the buyer’s choice within 14 days after purchase. A copy of the exam must be mailed to the seller within 3 weeks of purchasing. This is mandatory to start 6 month warranty against inherited genetic defects (not including Hernias, as this is common in shihs, and the cause is not always known). If the puppy is found to be unsatisfactory by the examining vet, the buyer agrees to return the puppy to the seller as soon as possible or before one week has passed following the vet’s report. A letter from the examining vet documenting why the puppy is not acceptable must accompany the puppy. The seller reserves the right to have the puppy re-examined by her vet, and agrees to replace the puppy with a new puppy of equal value as soon as one become available if the seller’s vet agrees with the letter of examination from the buyers vet. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. This guarantee does not include the presence of worms, which may be found in any healthy puppy, furthermore, it is understood that the seller does not guarantee against the following puppyhood ailments: eye or ear infections, dry skin, hypoglycemia, giardia, coccidian, ear mites, stress or diarrhea. It is also understood that a puppy may not be found unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted subsequent to the buyer’s taking possession thereof. The seller assumes no responsibility on this puppy after leaving the premises including medical expenses, mortality, landlord disapproval, allergies, family disagreements, or any other unspecified reasons. It is also understood that there is no guarantee implied in regard to size, weight, color or fertility.

If at any time during the 6 months of his life the puppy displays an inherited defect that prevents it from living the life of a beloved pet, the seller will replace the dog with one of equal value if the dog is returned to the seller with full documentation from the examining vet. The seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by her vet.

Buyer agrees to contact the Seller in writing if he/she is unable to keep this dog for ANY reason. He/she will not sell, give away, or otherwise dispose of this dog without the breeder’s written permission. The breeder will either accept the dog on a return basis or assist the buyer in finding a suitable alternative home for the dog. This does not imply a financial commitment on the part of the breeder. The buyer agrees that this dog will never be turned over to a pound/shelter/humane society as a means of disposal

nor may it be donated to any company, cause or person. Buyer understands they are held responsible for expenses of returned dog, until a suitable home may be found, unless other arrangements have been made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. 

NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

BUYER HAS AGREED THAT THE PUPPY WILL BE FED PROPERLY, EXERCISED, AND TREATED WITH THE UTMOST LOVE AND COMPANIONSHIP. THAT THE PUPPY WILL RECEIVE ALL VACCINATIONS AND BOOSTERS AND THEY WILL BE KEPT UP TO DATE. THE PUPPY WILL NOT BE USED FOR BREEDING, AS IT IS SOLD AS PET ONLY. BUYER WILL RECEIVE PAPERS AFTER PROOF OF SPAY/NEUTER.
